This site is run by Jesús Ferrero Furones ("we", "us"), based in Spain. This page explains what we collect and why.
When you buy. Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as merchant of record. They collect your name, email, billing details and payment information, and they share with us your name, email and order details so we can deliver the product and handle support and refunds. We never see or store your full card number.
When you leave your email. The free check works without an email, and your answers never leave your device. If you choose to leave your email, we store it with our hosting provider (and later our email provider) and use it to send you new AI leak cases, occasional emails about AI security and our products. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click, or ask us to delete it.
Launch offer. When you first visit, we set one cookie (lbd_offer) holding a random ID, and store the time of that first visit with our hosting provider. It is used only to honor your 48-hour launch price at checkout. It contains no personal information and expires after 30 days.
When you visit. Our host records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site working and secure. If you visit from the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, we set no cookies unless you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, none are set. Everywhere else, advertising and analytics cookies (the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity) are used by default to measure which ads bring people here, and you can opt out at any time. Wherever you are, you can change your choice from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and a refusal is always respected.
How the site is used. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors move through the site: where they click, how far they scroll and where they leave, through anonymised session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity masks anything you type, uses cookies, and follows the same consent choice as the Meta pixel. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers we need to run the business: our payment provider, our email provider, our hosting provider and our analytics providers (Meta and Microsoft).
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@leakyagents.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws in the United States.
This site and product are for business use by adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
