If the playbook isn't right for you, email leakyagents@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't have to explain why, and you don't have to prove anything.
Send an email from the address you used at checkout, with your order number if you have it. We'll confirm within two business days and the refund is issued by Polar to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear.
Once refunded, your licence to use the playbook ends and we ask you to delete the files.
We're happy to refund anyone once. If the same person buys and refunds the same product repeatedly, we may decline further purchases.
