A digital product: an interactive HTML file and a PDF, delivered by download link after payment. There is no physical item, no live session and no ongoing service.
You may use the playbook inside one business, including sharing it with your own staff and printing it for internal use. You may not resell it, publish it, post it publicly, or use it as material in a paid course or service delivered to other people.
The price shown at checkout is in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and handled by the merchant of record.

Software menus, settings and vendor policies change. We work to keep the playbook accurate and issue updated editions, but we can't guarantee every click path is current at the moment you read it.
Security is never absolute. Following the playbook reduces risk; it cannot guarantee that no incident will ever happen. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
If we publish a new edition of the playbook, buyers receive it at no extra cost at the email address used at checkout.
